President-Elect Barack Obama has chosen, mostly, Wall Street promoters and corporate lawyers to be in his cabinet. He hasn't included anyone who knows how to interact and relate with everyday American citizens, and then report back to him concerning: (1) what the people need, and (2) whether his administration’s new initiatives are working. During the Great Depression, Eleanor Roosevelt fulfilled this role for President Franklin D. Roosevelt. I nominate Senator John Edwards for this role. John Edwards would be a refreshing change. Is not change what Obama s supposed to be about? As a rival of Barack Obama, for the Democratic Party Presidential nomination, John Edwards, consistently spoke up for average Americans, i.e. Main Street, not Wall Street. During his “Road to One America Poverty Tour” John Edwards demonstrated that he is uniquely qualified for this role. The video evidence follows: He has walked with and comforted people whose homes were being foreclosed: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9i_GWrYkcCI Defined the “Great Moral Test of Our Generation”: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eS1x88ZmohM He has visited workers employed in the new renewal energy economy: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=50yOR5bvMV0 John Edwards is, also, the only candidate for President that actually went down to New Orleans on several occasions and worked along side those striving to try to bring back the areas that remain so devastated from the effects of Hurricane Katrina: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xAqktFnA4nk&feature=PlayList&p=EB1EC8919DC5DC52&index=0 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7DaofQCkbA8

Yeah Right, a lying millionaire adulterer as spokesman for poverty. That's rich! Maybe someone should start pushing for Blagojevich this role!

Thomas Jefferson, the author of the U.S. Declaration of Independence, fathered children with his slave Sally Hemings. Dwight D. Eisenhower, (a Republican)during World War II is reported to have had an affair with the woman assigned to be his driver. John F. Kennedy committed adultery and he inspired this country to greatness. Franklin Delano Roosevelt committed adultery against the much beloved Eleanor Roosevelt, but he led this country through the Great Depression and World War II. Lyndon B. Johnson committed adultery, but he got passed most of the U.S. Civil Rights Legislation. And we know more about President Bill Clinton's love life than we want to. I could, of course go on and on. By the way, let's assume that George W. Bush has not lied about any extra-marital affairs during his Presidency, even so, he is responsible for the Iraq mess, this country's financial collapse, and giving billions of your tax moneys to the already incompetent super rich. I would rather that he had cheated on Laura Bush. I value John Edwards' the political expertise , especially concerning the economy. Now that the U.S. has had a total collapse of its financial system I know John Edwards can be helpful in the Obama Presidential administration. Some things like marriage relationships are private to be discussed between the persons involved. People need to stop pretending they are outraged. The only person with a right to be outraged is Elizabeth Edwards, and she has decided to spend much of her time working for universal health care for Americans. She has also said she and her husband want to dedicate their lives to fighting poverty. Let's not hinder them. Other things like jobs, labor rights, the collapse of our economy, and government bailouts are public matters to be discussed by all Americans. I don't want to see working Americans treated like the workers in "third world countries". John and Elizabeth Edwards are well aware of their short comings, but they also know how to fight for the American people. Watch the video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L7WbBuukrzo

Allow be to introduce you to Senator John Edwards. He is married to Elizabeth Edwards and they have three lovely living children, and a deceased son they miss very much. They are a well-to-do family, who like to spend their time helping others. Elizabeth fights for Universal Health Care (by the way she has incurable breast cancer) for all Americans, and John fights to end poverty in America. During John’s Presidential campaign, while promoting these issues, the entire family traveled to New Orleans (on more than one occasion) to help out with the rebuilding efforts. Click on the link below and see some the pictures taken during their trips to New Orleans: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=itn6xVOmR94&NR=1

If you're a Republican, he is a lying, adultering piece of hypocritical garbage. If you're a Democrat, he is a man who made a terrible mistake and should be forgiven. If he was a Republican it would be the other way around. With the economy in the shambles it's in, I don't think anyone is forgetting poverty; they're just trying to stop it from engulfing everyone. I'm sure there is a good person to deal with the issues of Mr. Edwards without having his baggage to carry. And in these times of corruption and scandal, Obama should just move on.

If Obama had found someone to do the job that John Edwards is uniquely suited to do, he would have already introduced that person. Watch John Edwards and family at work in New Orleans: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=itn6xVOmR94&NR=1

The usual plea for style over substance using the end justifies the means politics. Ask the folks in N.C. what Edwards ever did for them that he didn't demand payment for and when the cameras weren't on him. North Carolinians learned after his first term not to reelect him. A phony, a hypocrite and a liar, this ambulance chasing class action suit trial lawyer deserves not a second chance.

While running for President, John Edwards was the only candidate who dared to tell the American public the truth about the corrupt people who are currently running our capitalist system. Click on the links and watch: In the first video, he explains that the problem is "corrupt capitalism". http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VT780q7-GiE In this video, he tells Obama that it will be necessary for the next President to fight the moneyed interests in order to achieve CHANGE for the American people: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ItdN2BYwA-8 In the next video John explains that we (all Americans) must fight the special moneyed interests: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VUtU9f6oFTs&feature=related In this video he outlines a plan of action: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sJlKE_BLAUM&feature=PlayList&p=BC3E30BC2A91966B&playnext=1&index=18 John Edwards has been doing his duty for his country, and I thank him!!!!
