In my experience any AMTRAK train that averages more than 30 mph would be "high speed".
Rebuilding the rail lines is a very sound idea, even though it is about thirty years late.
are you insane?...this is the same song as before...it does not work!!!
I am 64 years old, so this won't happen in my life time. I am so tired of talk, talk, talk...and more talk.
