EDITORIAL: Free speech and Europeans

PLEASE, EDITORS/SITE MANAGERS---FOR WEEKS NOW I have experienced frequent page "refreshing" which interferes with my reading articles as well as deletes my posting activity. As I don't post frivolously, and do not enjoy having to try to find where I was left off, at times it has meant that I simply move on and don't bother-with either the post or the article. I have no known spyware or viruses-I am fastidious about running scans. I will take this opportunity to complain about having to delete a huge right lower corner ad neraly every time I "click" on an article. WHAT'S UP? It's extremely annoying.

Sunny, Janis, I suggest you use Firefox 3 with the Adblock Plus extension installed. I've been using it for months too and I haven't seen any pop-up ads, or any other types of ads for that matter. I did have a peeve with the auto-reload, until I changed the "accessibility" setting in Firefox to block pages from reloading automatically.
