It is shocking that Edward's sexcapades did not actually catapult him into the White House. Dems usually like their politicians to be UN-scrupulous. It must be that marriage is still an institution where both men and women need to feel like there is safety and commitment. Well, there is always 4 years from now to test the, ever declining moral standards, of what Americans will accept as normal. And the Democrat led Congress with a rubber stamp President like Nobama will bring back visions of Jimmy Carter. Only this time without religious overtones. Hold on everybody it is going to be a rough ride.

I actually think the financial problems will be good in the long run. People will become more serious and responsible about what they are doing with their lives, as many did in the '30s.
