Ms. Solis a fan of the secret ballot except when it affects thousands of workers that would be “gooned” into joining a union, but hey the more members the more money for Dims. Nobama could hardly use his name in the same sentence with fair and truthful elections. All in all it seems like the American worker has seen unionization for the fraud it is and choose not to join. Dims answer is to change the rules so that all employees are exposed to is the communist screw the company crap of union goons. Just like their masters the unions want. Remember buying union made supports dims. Buy from Right to Work States.Save individual freedom. More..http://www.nrtw.org/

The Anti-Union Establishment repeats the mantra of "union goons intimidating" workers to sign authorization cards, but I remind you all that the EFCA would simply place unions in the same position as management: intimidation is, and has been, against the law, and proof of such intimidation would invalidate any union victory, with or without passage of the EFCA. As things currently stand, management routinely threatens employees in advance of an election, and the union's only recourse is to file objections and litigate for years. If the EFCA passes, unions shown to have intimidated workers to sign cards will not be certified by the NLRB. Union intimidation is far less common than management intimidation; the Chamber of Commerce and Right to Work's lack of outrage against corporate unfair labor practices reveals their current stance as merely a convenient pretext. The EFCA would simply begin to even the battlefield, which has been slanted in favor of management forever, despite earlier statutes intended to protect workers. Skip the frantic anti-worker dogma, RTW, and stick to the facts, which strongly favor labor law reform to reduce management intimidation.

Just how thick can you be? Spend a little time in Chicago or Detroit and you can see the unions at "work". They are run by the mob, they own politicians and always have, they couldn't care less about their members except to keep the dues coming, and they certainly don't give a cr*p about anyone else. Their specialty is extortion and payoffs. No doubt they bought and paid for ACORN Barry, Nasty Nan, Queen Barney, The NY Chuckies - Schumer and Rangel, and the old lush Dodd. These socialist demo dirtbags will carry their bags as far as they can but putting the auto industry out of business isn't exactly where Barry's bosses wanted to start.
