



The Washington Redskins today opened their search for a replacement for coach Joe Gibbs by bringing in Tennessee Titans defensive coordinator Jim Schwartz for an interview.
Schwartz is a protege of Redskins assistant head coach/defense Gregg Williams, who is viewed by most as the leading candidate for the coaching vacancy.
NFL sources confirmed that Snyder and Schwartz were meeting today at an undisclosed location to discusss the 41-year-old Baltimore native replacing Gibbs, who retired on Tuesday.
