I participated in the document review for the lawsuit against Lockheed Propulsion Company in Redlands. There were precise government rules for dealing with excess or waste toxic chemicals, but Lockheed ignored them and dumped poison into dry wells and flood control settling ponds. When reporting the disposition of excess or waste toxic chemicals they would merely report that it was taken care of on site. After Lockheed left the flood control ponds could be lit on fire. The lawsuit has gone nowhere and the perpetrators are winning. Shame on all of us.
