Senator Obama is a machine politician; so why are people surprised that he demonstrates less than a principled attitude to the issues.

The Missiah can say and do what he wants.....That's the way it is with the Liberals and their Media.

The major media love Obama and will report his hypocrisy and flip flops as the flowering sagacity of a young Messiah. Good try though! aleph1

AMEN, AMEN, AMEN! This article is RIGHT ON TARGET, and the last paragraph--every single word of it, bar none--sums it all up by shooting straight and swiftly to the bullseye. "President Obama"? Those very words linked together are truly horrifying.

This is the pursuit of consensus above everything else, the trait of a lawyer and not a leader. It is caving to what John Bolton called normalizing. If we can see it, the world can see it and it becomes an exploitable vulnerability. It is not a successful way of decision making. Just look at the mission success rates of the U.N.

get real. just the other day a caller rebuked limbag for "preaching to the choir!" you want ordinary americans to note the essential truths of your analysis? let them know that only a liberal jew media elite conspiring with obama and america's enemies are bringing about his assured victory in november. this jackass party's stooge is winning thanks to your and other so-called conservatives' cowardice in the face of liberal jewry. they are the enemy and the american people are their victims. no, we dont want to exterminate them. their "friends" in germany and russia did that to them. we pulled their butts out of the fire last time their messiah program backfired. all we need to do is cut the liberal jewish legs from under the table that is the democrat/communist/islamofascist party. stop wasting precious time and print. obama's master puppeteer soros is probably already building gulags for conservatives while "conservative" jewry, i.e. you guys! sleeps.

The view, as usual, is biased. It is not suprising considering that the Times, like Fox news, is owned by foreign interests--specifically the Times by Rev. Moon of South Korea and Fox by Rupert Murdoch, an Aussie. Their intersts are driven by religion and a desire to control the susceptable by propaganda in order to serve the financial interests of the uber wealthy and uber religious.

When this article refers to Obama as a deceiver, it makes me wonder. Obama says he supports the 2nd Amendment and believes in hunters rights. But in a political survey taken before he ran for office, he said he would ban the manufacture, sale and possession of firearms and ammunition in America. This is not deception. Or is it? How dare the Times refer to Obama as a deceiver when it is abundantantly clear that this poor fella suffers from "politically expediant memory loss." Unfortunately, I suffer the same dillema. Now I can't remeber his name. So I guess I'll have to vote for McCain. Hey that rhymes! Ha Ha

senator obama against legally armed citizens. senator obama has let the public know his stand on allowing law abiding citizens to be armed for self-defense. he is against the 6.500.000 citizens who are authorized to carry defensive weapons. senator obama told a pennsylvania newspaper"i am not in favor of concealed weapons, i think that creates a potential atmospher where more innocent people could (get shot during) altercations." senator obama should have done some research before making his statement. there are about 6,500,000 legally armed citizens all across the united states. if just a few of these individuals harmed innocent poeople, it would have been in the majority of news media outlets almost immediately. this has not taken place. because senator obama is a resident of one of the most restrictive anti-gun states in america, illinois, it was not a surprise that he made this statement. what was a surpirse is the he would make this type of statement while running for president of the United States. this goes to show that senator obama does not do his homework. history has shown that law abiding legally armed citizens have been a credit to the laws that allow them to carry defensive weapons. young, middle, and older age citizens have embraced these laws that allow them the opportunity to not be "food" for criminals, thugs, and terrorist. senator obama and others who oppose these laws, if given their way, would increase the odds for criminals to commit harm more effectively because without these laws, law abiding citizens would be at the whim of every armed criminal. these laws allow citizens of the United States to opose attacks by armed thugs, rapist , and a whole lot of others who want to commit acts of harm on innocent people. innocent people are who these laws were meant to help. criminals don't normally attack other criminials, they attack innocent people who they believe are defenseless and will not try and fight back. if senator obama has his way, the criminals will get what they want. with this statement, senator obama has lost votes from millions of law abiding legally armed citizens -article investor's business daily june 6,2008. but heh, he'll probably change his stance tomorrow, to get whatever votes he needs. once where he wants to be, he'll support his true stance. notice papers are stating obama is moving to center. no obama!
