Obama downplays language 'land mine'

Why do the Democrats constantly try to soak the rich ? Any of you ever work for a poor man ? They aren't going to hire you.

Obama is young so I guess he gets a pass for his incorrect assertion that "they all speak English". Granted the French speak French and the Germans speak German but not every French or German person speaks English (I have been to both countries, apparently unlike Obama). Nor do all Europeans that come here speak English. I am the one that is embarrassed that a Presidential candidate is so ill-informed. And he has the audacity to claim McCain is "just making stuff up". Well his vote is on the record and I've been to Europe and it is obvious to me who is making things up.
