Gunfight at the ACLU corral

Finally, the ACLU in my home state sees the light. I have always wondered why the ACLU will defend child porn, child molesters and every other wack job, but not defend the Second Amendment. At least the Nevada chapter got it right.

Good for the NV ACLU! The statistic on gun deaths in NV doesn't jibe with Wikipedia, which shows NV better than 5 states in rates of gun homicide, including that bastion of gun control, California.

Equating gun ownership to death rates does not tell the whole story. Remember Nevada has the highest Suicide rate in the nation and this accounts for many of those deaths. The National ACLU proudly displays the Bill of Rights with one exception; The Second Amendment.
