So the French take the helm and then create a plan that is HQ'ed in a run down tryign to be renewed French city? Shady.
It is refreshing to see countries that used to conquer each other every hundred years, talk about co-operation and peace accords.
The direction that the United Socialist States of America is going, it is a cinch that we will be of no help what-so-ever in the global arena of peace building any more.
We will be too busy dictating to our own citizenry to even see that the old world has evolved past us.
