Is the ACLU insane or do they really believe that a lot of people would NOT "seek to attack us" if they could. Half of Palestine, for example, thinks that Americans are the root of all evil (second only to the Jews) and that any attack on Americans is not only acceptable, but celebrated. If you ask me, the list is far too small.
Isn't there about one billion muslims? That means only .0004 percent are on the watch list. A large number to be sure but a drop in the proverbial bucket.
I wonder how many of the 911 terrorists the ACLU would have howled about being on the list.
