This program sounds good but, to make it even better they could replace everyone with just lawyers.
I don't see any need for diplomats or agronomists and such.
Just lawyers will do. In fact triple the number of lawyers, we have plenty to spare. lol
What is the charter for these guys? What kind of governance do you give to someone who is used to totalitarian and how do you teach responsibility for democracy? Thats what we missed in Iraq and we have been in there for years. Are we willing to make a multi-decade committment? How do you stop the corruption in the transition process? What about the rest of the world who really don't like and can't gain from democracy?
The reason there was a structural problem making it impossible to do what she describes is because We, the People of the United States of America and our government representatives, appointees and employees are not supposed to be doing these things. Constitutionally you are on the wrong side of the line again here Fed Government. How much more of our debt for nonsense do you want to enslave us to China with for garbage like this?
