This is good news. The "general improving conditions" in Iraq is something the mainstream media does not want to talk about.

Obama does not posse an ability to plan for success. He is clearly a defeatist who would find a way to screw up an ever improving Iraq situation. Immediate withdrawal he wanted. What a loser.
