Let the US Military trial continue. Again, SCOTUS was wrong in granting detainees the right to be tried in US Federal Courts. And again, I would ask SCOTUS Justice Kennedy to recall this issue, using the rules of parliamentary procedure, and reverse his previous decision. Our members of the US Military should not be required to testify in our Federal Courts, to get a criminal conviction, after capturing the terrorists in a war on terror. With that change, Justice Kennedy would go down in US History as one who is willing to change his vote for our US Military and the military justice system, which is respected around the free world. All captured detainees should be tried in Military Court not in the US Federal Judiciary system.
These proceedings should be modeled after conduct of the Executive Branch, which they are.
