If you can afford a ten million dollar mansion, why finance it? pay cash! He has a buggatti veyron a million dollar car. What i dont get it,sure your rich and sucessful, buy whatever you want... But i dont care if you make 50 thousand a year or 50 million, you should know where your money is, how much of it there is, and how much you expect to earn the next 5 years. I family man who makes 70 thousand a year, will go and buy a SUV and finance it over 5 years at $500 a month, cause he knows hey, i will budget this much a month to pay for it for the next 5 years. This freaking guy has a crazy car collection(youtube it) was he living paycheck to paycheck paying for all his stuff? I donthink anybody is that dumd. It's one of two things, because I have read so much on this guy, because I read the rolling stone article two years ago and was amazed at how he became a sucess. He's either being extorted for his money, or he's on some serious drug problem, you dont squwnder a fortune like that on mismamagement. even if he didnt like it, there are people who look after his finances who would of raised the red flag.....
