Illegals figure drops by 11%

Center for Immigration Studies has clearly been vindicated by this report. They have been calling for enforcement for years, when everyone else was calling for amnesty. I know I always sing their praises, but www.notwrightforamerica.com documents how CIS was a lonely voice calling for enforcement and illegals would self-deport. That is EXACTLY what is happening.

Amazing, but the Times interviews a hyphenated American for the story. Go figure.

What happened to the argument that we couldn't deport them all because it was too difficult? What happened to all those numbskulls who said we the American tax payers should just give them amnesty and front the bill? I guess enforcement of immigration laws actually does work. Now how about finish building that actual wall instead of a virtual wall. Stop punishing border agents for doing their jobs and bringing an end to the 14th Amendment so they can't have anchor babies. While you're at it have more raids on known companies that hire illegals and fine them, stop giving out driver's license to them, and force employers to do background checks through the gov database on the computer.

And the DEMs all said we cant deport 10 million illegals - let them self deport. Arrest and jail the criminal aliens - then deport them. Sanctuary cities like San Fran need to be boycotted. Citizens are not safe there. I wont bring my family to LA, Chicago, Detroit, San Fran, Philadelphia...they are too dangerous even in the middle of the day.

One advocate contends the hardest hit community in the US would still provide more opportunity than where the illegal aliens are coming from. Another attributes the decline in immigration numbers to our economy, not the enforcement. Sorry, folks, you can't have it both ways.

Are we a nation of laws or of people? Do we have one set of laws for everyone or special laws for special laws for special people? Enforce the laws the way they were written, their meaning is clear. The illegals can't be intending to be honest citizens, their first act is to break US law when they enter the nation. Enough from the self anointed elite on the left who things that bringing in more illegals and giving them the vote will replace the votes of American citizens that are tired of their bull.
