Foreign visitors in Washington this week include:

Monday

*A delegation from Indonesia with Abdurrahman Abubakar, chairman of the Prosperous Justice Party of Gorontalo Province;Arif Noor Hartanto, chairman of the Yogyakarta City House of Representatives and a member of the National Mandate Party; Teguh Juwarno, vice secretary-general of the National Mandate Party; Tursiana Setyohapsari, chairwoman of the United Democratic Nationhood Party of West Java Province; Dewa Ayu Putu Sriwiguna Wati, deputy chairwoman of the Golkar Party of Bali Province; Esti Wijayati, a member the House of Representatives from the Special Province of Yogyakarta; Mayor Munawar Liza Zainalof Sabang City in Aceh Province and a member of the Free Aceh Movement. They meet members of Congress and foreign-policy experts on a visit organized by the American Council of Young Political Leaders.

*Natan Sharansky, chairman of the Adelson Institute for Strategic Studies in Jerusalem, who addresses the Heritage Foundation.

*Martin Krause of the Higher School of Economics and Business Administration at the University of Buenos Aires, who participates in a Hudson Institute forum the Latin American economy.

Tuesday

*Prime Minister Ehud Olmert of Israel, who addresses the annual dinner of the American Israel Public Affairs Committee.

*Foreign Minister Ali Babacan of Turkey, who addresses the Atlantic Council of the United States.

*Knut Vollebaek, high commissioner for national minorities for the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe. He testifies at a hearing of the congressional Commission on Security and Cooperation in Europe at 3 p.m. in Room B-318 of the Rayburn House Office Building.

*Adrian Bonilla, director of the Ecuador-based Latin American Faculty of Social Science;Rodrigo Pardo, editor of the Cambio newsmagazine of Colombia; and Teodoro Petkoff, editor of the Tal Cual daily newspaper in Venezuela. They discuss political conditions in their country in a forum at the Inter-American Dialogue.

Wednesday

*Foreign Minister Carl Bildtof Sweden, who discusses the “trans-Atlantic agenda” in a forum sponsored by the Swedish Embassy and the Center for Strategic and International Studies.

*Zhanar Aitzhanova, Kazakhstan’s vice minister of industry and trade, who addresses the Central Asia-Caucasus Institute of the School for Advanced International Studies at Johns Hopkins University.

*Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, former foreign minister of Ghana, who addresses the United States Institute of Peace and the Center for Strategic and International Studies.
