Political state of grace

I dare say Jesus would chase these Pro-Aborts out of the temple with a whip! Shameless lot! Let them sit in Obama's church services holding hands with Killer-Tiller. These Pro-Abort Politicians are doing nothing less than mocking our faith, Christ, and the American Way "that was" wholesome once upon a time. If they are promoters and encourages of such vile heinous human atrocity, can you imagine the other money changing activity going on BEHIND the scenes?! Lord Have Mercy!...but get out your whip! Enough IS enough!

One of my beefs with Catholic "pro-Choice" politicians is not merely that they hold the position, but that they (a) advocate for it loudly, and attempt to persuade others to become "pro-choice" and (b) they sabotage the efforts of those who hold "pro-life" positions from advancing the opposing view. In other words, they are not very pro-choice. For example, if I were to put a finger on what bothers me about Sibelius, it would not be a private opinion she holds in her heart, but the efforts she has taken to prevent the enforcement of Kansan law against Dr. Tiller (sic?). Others, such as Pelosi, Kennedy and many others have worked actively to ensure that pro-life supporters are not only defeated but are ridiculed as extremist, backward etc. They vow to ensure Pro-Choice Judges are appointed to the Supreme Court and work to prevent those who might not be so pro choice as them from being appointed. (I know Pelosi, as a rep. doesn't have jurisdiction in this area, but she campaigns as though she does). So it is in this area that I feel these politicians violate canon law. It is not their opinions, per se, that end the lives of so many babies...it is their actions in support of those who do, their efforts to persuade other to become pro-abortion and their efforts against those who try to prevent it. That said, I would also like to see the Church deny communion to the mafioso families who parade so ostentatiously to the communion rail. If abortion is homicide...then the homicides committed by the mafia could be called "post-natal" abortions, couldn't they?
