So in other words Mexico wants the USA to fork over the cash with no oversite,no accountability,and respect their sovereignty and rights. This along with the billions of U.S. tax dollars sent to Mexico every year by illegal aliens? Doesn't seem farfetched to me. After all, American sovereignty and laws be damned.
Personally I can think of several better uses for the money.
