As part of learning Spanish for several months have read transcripts of some of Chavez’s talks. He has been saying the same thing for many months now. So why people keep saying he is changing his mind, changing is tune is interesting. I thought perhaps my insight was wrong or something until I read an article by another person stating the same as what I had been reading.

And I believe he has followed through. He is the only person to secure the release of hostages. And he offered to help free more, but the USA and Colombia both told him. “NO.”
Why people write now that he has changed his mind makes me wonder why. Are they just not knowledgeable on the subject? Is it done to create a political spin? Anyway, I expect better from our media services.
