War position shapes lawmakers' view of ruling

The right of habeas corpus does not apply in asymmetrical war because the dead who have been killed by the terrorist can't speak against him. How do we protect them? Where does it say in the Constitution that the Supreme Court can extend constitutional rights to the world?

Because the Supreme Court invented new law, I guess Congress needs to as well. They will now need to invent law that makes criminals out of a terrorist organizations membership and associates, even though they are in a foreign country. After all, the UCMJ and Geneva Convention isn't good enough for our idiotic Supreme Court.
