U.S. sees Kosovo as model

From all observations, General Davoren is overly optimistic to assume Kosovo as a model for Iraq and Afghanistan. The peripheral influences as well as the internal are not EU civilized or stable. There are no direct influences from the Al Qaeda, Hamas, Hezbollah or Iran in Kosovo.
