There are no drugs without side effects. Many still undiagnosed have primary effects, like Chantix. I don't take any drugs. I believe that it is idolatry to go to doctors and take prescription drugs. God is healer. He never gave that job to doctors. Doctors have always been on the the side of Big Brother, Satan the devil. eli3.tripod.com.

I have been taking Chantix (Varenicline)and have had no side effects. I am not paid to take it. A VA Oncology doctor, nurse, AND pharmacist each gave me thorough briefings as to possible side effects, just as they do with every procedure and medication. Every prescription (even aspirin)is accompanied with literature stating possible side effects. I have a difficult time understanding how/why a person would suffer severe side effects for 2 and a half months but choose to not mention it to the doctor. Family, friends, and/or lover didn't notice anything? The slant of this article is noted.

For every case like this there are a hundred with no problems. To site Chantix as the overwhelming problem is irresponsible as far as I am concerned. This story makes for a mediocre read but seems to lack credibility. I particularly liked the part about the stuffed animal wall. Is it just me or do I smell a tort lawyer in the air?

I have started my second week of Chantix. I have very vivid dreams. Some unwanted. I can see how a person that has been in combat would have a problem with this. My husband suffers P.T.S.D from Vietnam. He eats, breathes and lives Vietnam everyday. It consumes him. I can see him having problems with his nightmares. Chantix dreams can be intense. Some can be bothersome. The goverment has used our soldiers as rats. The men that went to Vietnam were given injections to prevent hepatitis A and B. Thousands and thousands came down with hepatitis C which is consider Non A-Non B. That is what they were injected with. My husband has Hep c and chirosis of the liver. They told him they thought he had it in Vietnam. Never was treated for it. Has been chronic ever since.
