U.S. nuke spotters sent to China before games

This doesn't make a lot of sense to me. Yes, China has Muslim minorities, but unless the threat is coming directly from them, Terrorists ARE NOT particularly mad at China. Terrorists are largely focused on the west. If they performed a terrorist act during the games, they would be shooting themselves in the foot.

Exclusive of the possible benefits of cooperation with China, the deployment of NEST technology, with which I am very familiar, into an arena where the security of said technology is far from assured seems very unwise. China not only provides one of the greatest potential long term threats to US interests and Global security, it also is THE largest current threat and purveyor of cyber attacks, university infiltration, spying and patent infringement. Let China protect China and keep the technology and methodolgy of a NEST team away from spying eyes.
