OK... NOW LET ME TRY TO UNDERSTAND THE RIGHTS THAT THESE 16,000 BLACKS AND HISPANICS HAVE TO SAY WHAT OTHERS CAN OR CAN NOT LISTEN TO WHEN THIS IS A "PAY-FOR" SUBSCRIPTION? This merger is not about HOWARD STERN.... Or whether or not those who object to his views can cut him off just because of his " Freedom Of Speech". What's the problem with using celebrities as props in jokes? This is once again BS by those of the BLACKS and others who try to push there views over on others. If they are in so much against this -- then why now? Go back in time when other black celebrities were used as a "punch line" or mention in jokes... Again I ask : WHY NOW? This is so much B.S that if these people don't want to listen to Howard... Then switch the channel or cut the d_mn thing off and let those who do and pay for such can.

This is amazing. These 2 companies both American Run, are struggling. However, there are several people that don't care. First off, who cares what Howard Stern says or does on his show. It is a comedy show. Would you stop people like Chris Rock from using or saying bad stuff in is ACT? There also is something called the first amendment, he says anything he wants and thank God for that. Second, why should Sirius just give away stations? How about I approach them for one, that would be a fun job for a young 20 something like myself. In closing, there are so many points to make on this waste of time merger, however the main issue is money. The opposer's of this merger are all being paid off by the NAB. Congress has spent several dollars on this issue, while men and woman are being killed at war and it is costing me $70 to fill my gas tank. If you are white, black, yellow, purple or blue the bills in your pocket are all green...
