Lately the Supreme Court has made some disturbing decisions. McCain's answer is more thought before engaging mouth than Obama's. This becomes an social issue between capital punishment and child abuse, both extremely sensitive. It will boil down to this: Senator Obama does not have the right to determine punishment for a crime, even as President.
