"B. The Impoundment of Plaintiffs' Cattle was not a Taking"
Give me a break. This must depend on what the meaning of the word "take" is. Ask anyone who has had a car or anything else impounded if it was taken or not.
Is it no wonder that when the government does not take all of our money - such as when the oil companies (i.e. those of us mutual fund holders and other that own these public companies) do not have every dime they earn taken by the government, we hear these same people claim the company is being "subsidized" by the government.
