Shawn! They shamelessly USED YOU!!! How could you let them do that? You should have done this BEFORE!!! God Help You. My advice, take that nice money you've made so far and get lost in the south pacific somewhere for four months fly fishing EVERY ISLAND. Sometime in the next six months you should start feeling better. Once you do, come back and start throwing easy. By that time, if you start feeling better, maybe spend some time in Winter Ball in Puerto Rico (dont go to Mexico unless you want to end up kidnapped/dead). Wash, Rinse, repeat!

“I think I talked to him enough from last year about everything that we expect out of him,” he said. HaHa! Gotta love Manny Acta! Good bye to Lopez and good riddance! The Orioles are crazy to trade for him, but hey, sounds good to me. Maybe we can get them to take Austin Kearns too!!!
