MUKASEY: A shield for the press?

This is great. They internationalize the right to U.S. habeas corpus for the entire world with exception of crimes brought on by reporters. Where does it say in the Constitution that reporters can act as judges on right and wrong? This is a power grab by the Senate to usurp Executive power over military and foreign policy. One simply has to embed their sources in the Pentagon, CIA and State department and wait for the leaks to roll in. It's like the Fairness Doctrine, you can listen to any radio station you want as long as they are the ones that Congress tells you to. Welcome to 1984 redux.
