Van Metre Homes is building 42 single-family homes on lots of three-quarters of an acre to more than 1 acre at Park Grove at Broadlands in Ashburn, a planned community with three swimming pools, tennis courts, tot lots, a nature center, trails and picnic areas.

Each home in this Loudoun County community will include a brick front, a brick stoop, brick water tables, 6½-inch beaded vinyl siding, a sodded yard and a three-car garage.

The Eastbury model, with 3,927 square feet, is priced from $839,990. This home features a two-story foyer with columns and knee walls, a living room, a dining room and a split staircase accessible from the foyer and kitchen.

The first floor also has a sunroom, a study, a kitchen and breakfast area, a family foyer and a two-story family room.

Upstairs, the master suite has a separate sitting room, two walk-in closets and a bath.
