Remember years ago, when the Maryland Lottery didn't exist and was proposed? It was going to take care of funding shortfalls for schools, etc. "For the children," of course. Use that money. Oh, you used it, plus spent a LOT more? Why will you not do that when adding more gambling to the state? CONTROL SPENDING!!!
