We took the bait...... ACORN's voter fraud is only a front to throw Americans off what they are really about. The Wall Street crisis was planned and it begin the night with Obama's meeting at Bill Ayres home to launch Obama's political career. FACT: This Strategy was first elucidated in the 1966 issue of 'The Nation' magazine by a pair of radical Socialist Columbia University Professors, Richard Andrew Cloward and Frances Fox Piven. David Horowitz has summarized it as: "The strategy of forcing political change through an orchestrated crisis. The "Cloward-Piven Strategy" seeks to hasten the fall of Capitalism by overloading the Government bureaucracy with a flood of impossible demands, thus pushing society into crisis and economic collapse"......unquote Bingo ! They begin with ACORN by funneling millions into their organization. Obama then trained ACORN to stage protests in banks to force them to issue risky loans or they would be threatened to face racial charges. ACORN was trained to intimidate financial institutions into giving " Ninja " loans to people with NO assets, NO job and NO income, who couldn’t afford these loans. The scheme successfully caused the housing bubble two years ago and it was by ACORN's actions they were able to destroy our credit system. As this played out, D-Barney Frank and D-Chris Dodd were able to cover up the millions of improvident loans to these bad risky house buyers. Barney Frank and his chums successfully were able to block all of President Bush's attempts to put a rein on this problem. So Fannie & Freddie Mac was forced to purchase all these failed subprime mortgages. Both Frank and Dodd denied that there were any problems, and refused the Bush Admin. requests to set up a regulatory Agency to watch over Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, and they were still pushing for these agencies to go even further in promoting sub-prime mortgage loans almost up to the 'minute they failed'. Democrats easily blamed Bush for everything saying it happened on his watch knowing it would hurt the Republican Party in the November election setting it up that Barack Obama could use this to his advantage and take The White House. .

I have fought online for Obama daily for a little over 2 years, all over the Internet. To my fellow colleagues in arm(chair)s, a salute to you all. We really kicked a lot of A, and it was a pleasure doing so, along side you. It is almost surreal now, not having to put off going to bed for 3 hours to combat some right-wing utter nonsense, or filet so-called knowledgeable pundits on the web. A sufficient percentage of the electorate once accepted talking points at face value, but no longer. Positions on trade agreement proposals, for instance, are no longer single dimensional ‘pro / anti-trade’ stances now with a public more inclined to read and judge such agreements for themselves on the Internet, more inclined to dismantle ‘research fellows’ and impressive sounding ‘think tanks’ as partisan rubbish mongers, and disintegrate buzzwords like ‘socialism’ mid-flight from first-hand knowledge. In short, the Republican Party found itself out of its league, and lost the election by playing old cards to a shrinking audience of a bygone era.

GlobalEye: I finally found something that I can agree with you about: The future DOES look better already! We are ONE MORE STEP CLOSER to true FREEDOM! Here's what Peter wrote about it in his 2nd letter: + <>< + <>< + <>< + <>< + <>< + <>< First of all, you must understand that in the last days scoffers will come, scoffing and following their own evil desires. They will say, "Where is this 'coming' he promised? Ever since our fathers died, everything goes on as it has since the beginning of creation." But they deliberately forget that long ago by God's word the heavens existed and the earth was formed out of water and by water. By these waters also the world of that time was deluged and destroyed. By the same word the present heavens and earth are reserved for fire, being kept for the day of judgment and destruction of ungodly men. But do not forget this one thing, dear friends: With the Lord a day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years are like a day. The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. He is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance. But the day of the Lord will come like a thief. The heavens will disappear with a roar; the elements will be destroyed by fire, and the earth and everything in it will be laid bare. Since everything will be destroyed in this way, what kind of people ought you to be? You ought to live holy and godly lives as you look forward to the day of God and speed its coming. That day will bring about the destruction of the heavens by fire, and the elements will melt in the heat. But in keeping with his promise we are looking forward to a new heaven and a new earth, the home of righteousness. So then, dear friends, since you are looking forward to this, make every effort to be found spotless, blameless and at peace with him. Bear in mind that our Lord's patience means salvation, just as our dear brother Paul also wrote you with the wisdom that God gave him. He writes the same way in all his letters, speaking in them of these matters. His letters contain some things that are hard to understand, which ignorant and unstable people distort, as they do the other Scriptures, to their own destruction. Therefore, dear friends, since you already know this, be on your guard so that you may not be carried away by the error of lawless men and fall from your secure position. But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and forever! Amen. 2 Peter 3:3-18 + <>< + <>< + <>< + <>< + <>< + <>< Take heart believing brothers and sisters -- the Lord is coming -- and sooner than any of us know. Maranatha!

AntiBush: The Conservative message is as pertinent and timely as it ever was; it is the Neo-con (pronounced liberal) pandering that undid the Republican Party. You can look for its resurgence as it gets back to its conservative ideals and away from the "big tent" compromise that dooms it every few years. Also, the Dems rode a wave of fear and class warfare into power. It would be instructive to read SpecialistMC's analysis below. Every few years Americans forget what an embarrassment it is to have a Dem in the White House. Look for another Conservative Revolution in 2010 (as in '96), followed by a truly Conservative president in the mantle of Ronald Reagan (perhaps Gov. Palin or, better, Gov. George Allen). Enjoy your return to the '70s. I'm going shopping for a leisure suit to wear while in the gas lines.
