Here we go again.
First the financial sector, then the mortgage sector, now the automobile industry; next year the health care industry and pharmas.
This is the Union Protection Act. If the auto makers go to court for Chapter 11 protection, a judge could kick out the unions, or at least cut back their bloodsucking demands.
Meanwhile, the Socialist agenda marches on.
Forget Chapter 11, however, WHAT you implement and HOW you do it is critical.
Here is a plan worth a look by Congress...

Trying something outside the box like this, is the only way to save the U.S. Auto Industry.
... it deserves saving.
How about those who lost their monies in their 401K retirement monies?
Lehman,AIG,ENRON,Merrill Lynch etc. Employees much like GM employees suffer due to poor or non-existent corporate leadership? They did not have pensions but relied upon their investments.
What makes GM special..POLITICS..PAYBACK
We should bail out GM? Good luck.
If you are manufacturing a vehicle that customers do not want..then whose problem is it..me the co-signer of this bail out?
Let the free market straighten itself out. The weak will go by the wayside and in the process those who remain will be stronger.
UNIONS/GM TAKE A HIKE
STAY OUT OF MY POCKET..DO NOT REWARD POOR LEADERSHIP WITH MY MONIES
The left-wing illuminati are so set in helping those who are rich and crooked, but what about those who worked their entire life, and their pension may be gone?
