Everything is relative in politics. If Bill Clinton can redefine "is", Obama can redefine "bipartisan". Emanuel is just that redefinition. It's kind of like his definition of leadership on the economy, it is a "present" vote.

This is my biggest question is Obama going to be bipartisan like the illuminati said during the campaign. it's seems by picking this guys they are giving me an answer but we'll see what else Obama does.

Obama seems to be following the example of Lincoln by picking who he feels is the best person for the job - period. His other choices seem to bear this out. He really seems to be building a diverse administration, so let's not start applying litmus tests to everyone - that is the path to real partisanship.

Hey "Inside Information". Are these extra-terrestrial races Conservative or Liberal?

Isn't this last week's news?

President Elect Obama is building a diverse administration? Well he does have both Carter AND Clinton leftovers. Rahm Emanuel is as viscious, nasty but effective Chicago thug you might wish to know. And yes, those Extra Terrestrials are Democrats.

"He was a ballet dancer growing up, and some have speculated that the rigors, pain and intense discipline of the dance helped shape his inner-moxie and drive to plow ahead in politics." Yeah, right. Did he play the flute, too? He sounds like an effeminate little Jewish boy who spent a lot of time at the movies, and wanted to grow up to be Superman. Instead he grew up to be a schmuck. I bet I could kick his a--. Look, by now he is a known item. To the Republicans I say, start playing head games. These Democratic primadonnas will be a cinch to derail. The best way to defeat the Devil is laugh at him. That's why the twinkle in supreme prom queen Sarah Palin's eye is so devastating; her slightly sly smile says to all these once upon a time Ivy League losers in the press pool, "Get lost, creep." It brings back back "Mommy, my heart hurts" memories which send them all into hysterics. They will carry that pain to the grave. As Nelson Munzt would say: "Ha, ha!"

Obama's pick of Rahm Emanuel is about one thing- having a political thug to watch Obama's back. Clearly he learned this in the dirty Chicago political machine. I'm going to give Obama the benefit of the doubt right now (and that is extremely difficult to do based on his record) and assume Rahm is primarily there to fend off Pelosi and Reid so he isn't forced into over-reaching with a wacky liberal agenda which would kill his chances for re-election. Because for Obama, it's all about Obama, all the time. http://timetorevoltamerica.blogspot.com

To the 'crazy liberals', bi-partisanship means having it THEIR WAY or NO WAY. Chicago is the only city in the USA that keeps active voting machines for cemeteries, and counts those votes twice.

Rahm is a blessing. This was a GREAT pick by Obama. Washington stuffies who have gotten rich with their kickbacks and supporting lack of business restrictions will get a much needed enema from Rahm. Sorry some here are homophobic and feel threatened by a powerful man with a history of ballet. Me thinks some are questioning their own sexuality.

Why does America have to vote into office such threatening Government officials. I don't understand why Americans want to put America and the world through more chaos and havoc. Haven't we had enough. Look at what Pres. Bush has done for our country. Everyone knows that he is the Terrorist here and started another WAR for this century just like the war with HITLER. It is not any different other than our generations will have to endure this horrendous and unspeakable crime set in motion by a Pres. Who is ABOVE THE LAW and bulldoze over all of constitutional rights blaming it in terrorist so he could pass more laws that go against the rightful laws to protect us. I am perplexed as to why Sud am Hussein was over thrown from his seat, put on trial for mass murder, even though his country was not in this form of chaos until the US invaded them off of some bogus threats made up by GWB to start a war for this century. Now he has pissed off so many terrorist that they really do hate us and there will never be an end to this war. How could the Prs. be allowed to get away with this is my question when Sud am H got hung for the same exact reasons. Isn't GWB doing the same thing that Sud am was found guilty of. I am stunned at how the rules do not apply to our very own G. How they can crumble up our constitutional rights because they are above the one and only laws set forth to protect us but yet they are not protecting us. It seems very obvious to me America has chosen dangerous dictators to have govern us. If it continues executive powers will increase and we all will be seeing a brick wall in front of us getting tortured because of Pres. Bush's executives orders he was allowed to pass by creating a war on terror passing laws that take away our freedom and rights. What is next? What is in store for us now?

9/11 and the subprime mortgage/financial market meltdown were delayed action turds laid during the Clinton administration. I wonder what delayed action turds the Obama/Clinton will be squeezing out for us in the next eight years.

Did the left-wing illuminati promise peace, or more attacks? With a failed attack dog, that's just what they're going to get.
