Deal extends U.S. presence in Iraq

So, after all we have done and sacrificed,OUR military is to be under what is essentially Islamic Law, I believe? What happens to the women? Are their rights fully assured? What kind of legal appeal and representation are those Americans stationed there permitted? What banking are they in our military, using? Is an American bank at their access? Is it insured by the US- the military's deposits, I mean? What happens to them if they drink alcohol? What happens if we are attacked by Syria, or Iran, in Iraq? What are the rules for Contract Law? For Freedom of Speech? To worship as Christians and Jews ? To observe holidays?ETC.?
