Bush plans to open air lanes

Thanks Mr. Bush, but no thanks! How about fixing the broken down over extended and darn right dangerous ATC system instead of this feel good "opening the restricted air space during the Season" BS? Most such airways are available and unused this time of the year, because the military does not use the restricted air space during such times. You need to replace the dangerously antiquated radar systems, hire more experienced air traffic controllers and build more runways. Even the cattle are now offended when we compare them to the treatment US airlines provide their passengers!
