If this is true then Cuban bilked someone out of $750,000 and helped to undermine confidence in the system.
Why is this not being handled as a criminal act just like with Martha Stewart?
Is Cuban a supporter of the present administration or have friends on the inside that have kept this from becoming a criminal case?
