MILLER: FDA overhaul overdue

Well, the doctor isn't kidding about the FDA being a huge "swamp" of federal illuminati tripping over themselves -- maybe more of a cesspool. Interesting he used the term "exploiting," as in technologies referring to R & D. Problem is, many folks like me wonder how much of the exploiting is of the consumers and even physicians who are duped into believing they need the next, really cool, over-hyped and probably under-tested drug.
