Very interesting and George has courage to say it. The only reason the president's foreign policy is bad is because msm created the perception of it being bad, despite being safe for years! Obama simply can retain that foreign policy and get credit for it among America's prolific and vast rabble, his constituents. However, the record is already there and history will record Bush's fine and successful security policy that included rattling and shaking up the Dept of Defense, new military strategies and policies (despite Obama and most democrats having no idea they talk like they are great strategists), initiating new fighting, reorganizing the federal government creating Homeland Securtiy, really big tasks not many other presidents were faced with...

I guess he didn't get the memo Reagan won the cold war. The Reagan legacy depends on that myth Shultz had better get in step.
How many billions did Shultz's Bechtel Corporation make from its never completed contracts to repair Iraq's infrastructure? Somehow "The Washington Times" fails to mention this. "Enquiring minds want to know."
