What David Limbaugh doesn't get is that his "survival of the fittest," trickle-down economics philosophy never works. He still believes in government of the rich, by the rich, for the rich. I hope Mr. Limbaugh's brand of traditional conservatism never makes a comeback.
Wealth doesn't "trickle down". One works for and gets the fruits of that work. The fairest way to obtain, accumulate and protect wealth ever devised is emboddied in our Constitution.
One surely doesn't deserve the fruits of someone else's labor.
I agree with Mr. Limbaugh that part of the prob is that we've enjoyed unparalelled freedoms and prosperity that we think they will last forever. This election showed us how little the American people know about real issues. The media fed us gossipy stories rather than educated us on the candidates stances on relevant issues.
