ON WASHINGTONTIMES.COM EXCERPT FROM REDSKINS 360

Ryan O’Halloran shared some off-day “leftovers” yesterday on our Redskins blog, Redskins 360:

— Jason Campbell on Clinton Portis: “We don’t see Clinton Monday [through] Friday - only in the meeting room, that’s it. But then he shows up on Sunday for the game and does what he’s supposed to do, and he knows all his assignments. He’s playing tough.”

— I would be surprised if Santana Moss isn’t fined for his head-slap of former Maryland player Josh Wilson. The league is handing out fines for late hits and cheap shots, and they want to curb this kind of behavior. Best guess: $15,000.
