I think it's good that Obama is planning and that he is focusing on the important things. But i still think he needs to remember that he is not the president yet and that he can plan but needs to keep it at that. The liberal illuminati can know what to do but they need to wait till it's their turn to do it.
There should be ties to past to learn from mistakes, but appointing Clintionites and expecting the same results is ridiculous. Clinton basically rode the dot com technology innovation wave to its peak and then subsidized the drop with a Y2K state of fear model that Gore is using for Global Warming now (only Gore got a Nobel Prize for it while Clinton only petitioned for one). The only thing Clinton had to do with the economy was use military support, R&D and maintenance funds to provide for his social programs while creating a Carterisque "Hollow" military. If Obama is going to use that model for his watchdog panel, he better start looking for new innovations because road and bridge building don't create wealth (it's so 1930's), green technology is not there yet and a mature support, maintenance and disposal infrastructure for it is at least 30 years behind that. Once again, Obama's "vision" is going to be determined by someone else and the Congress is going to make sure it fits into their agenda and power brokering.
The left-wing illuminati could implement as many programs as they want to, they will not jump start the economy, that's a given.
