Centex Homes is building 316 town homes at Victory Promenade in Landover, a five-minute walk from the Morgan Metro Station.

The community has a clubhouse with a fitness center, two swimming pools and tot lots, and is just off the Beltway within walking distance of FedEx Field. Also nearby are Andrews Air Force Base, Largo Town Center and Six Flags America.

Each home in this Prince George’s County community will include some brick on the front and sides, 6-inch beaded vinyl siding, a low-maintenance rear deck, professional landscaping and a one- or two-car garage.

Inside, all nine models feature two to four bedrooms with 2 1/2 baths; ceramic tile floors in the foyer, volume ceilings on the main and lower levels; oak raised-panel cabinets, a pantry and recessed lighting in the kitchen; a high-tech wiring system; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have about 1,414 to 2,564 finished square feet. Base prices range from $259,990 to $339,990. Homeowner association fees are $89 per month.

The Mountainview model has 2,239 square feet and is priced from $299,990. This home features a lower-level entrance, a two-car garage, a finished recreation room and an optional finished den and powder room.

The main level has an open living room and dining room with multiple windows across the front of the home and a center-island kitchen that opens to the family room. The family room has a corner fireplace and an optional built-in desk. This level also has a powder room and a closet.

Upstairs, there is a master suite and a luxury bath, two more bedrooms, a second full bath and a laundry room.
