Obama sought HUD grant for donor's project

this is a story? 20 million to help poor people have better housing. that's bad? let's see....palin....300 million for a bridge to nowhere that helps 50 people.

Palin killed the bridge project. Get that straight. Obama is doing nothing different than what Clinton did a decade ago. People really don't care anymore unless it's really bad. Corruption is part of the landscape now. Reagan brought down the Soviet Union. Now the Dems have brought that kind of system to us. Who would have thought.

Lets review this for a moment. First the project receives money to complete 439 units with a total of 58 completed. Second Obama knows none of the people involved as it is for the poor people of Chicago. Third we have the same style of financing for Rezko and housing for poor people that have never been lived in due to the rejection by inspectors. Fourth we have a political ally and financial contributor involved in the construction and Fifth we have one of his campaign managers involved in the oversight of the project. Conflict of interest is definitely abounding in this deal.

This is absurd. It was ACORN and Obama that started the mortgage crisis (now global banking crisis) by pressuring Congress, Fannie, Freddie and the banks to meet a quota of sub-prime mortgages or pay big penalties. Obama is responsible for: "100 percent financing . . ." "No down payment . . ." "Interest only loans . . ." "No income . . . "No job . . ." "No assets . . ." "No credit scores . . ." "Low credit scores . . ." "No SSN required . . ." "ITIN identification accepted . . ."

For these kinds of projects, I am sure the Obama supporters will just poney up their own money if we just let them know of the need. Hollywood and oh so many others surely want to support these projects privately so there isn't a further burden on the American taxpayers who don't support such efforts. The cost of making one "dud" movie would easily underwrite this project and could carry all their names, thus assuring something more substantial with their name on it... And since so many dud movies are made, there would be an endless supply of funds to start, if not sucessfully finish, these building projects. Add in the value of name recognition newscoverage, like that for Rezko, Wright, Ayers and I don't see how these people can turn down such an attractive financing approach and they could leave the rest of us alone. Let's support legislation that allows any who want to pay all the extra funds they want to local, state or federal governments with a proviso that the governements can publish the donors names, if the donors so approve. Let's get Calefornia Arnold, Bigmouth Moore and Obama behind this form of public financing. I know I would certainly be happy to accommodate them; I would further allow them to suggest the names of the contractors to start and nearly complete the project and would allow any cost overrides to be generously billed to the original donors, again giving them all publicity they want. It is time for real change Obama--step up and get something done without using the money of the little people you supposedly represent. "OBAMA CAN"...use the money your friends and supporters want to donate to his campaign and to future tax obligations...

The problem is no one cares. Obama followers believe he has all the answers to the war on terror and the economy. Challenge his supporters on how he will get there and you have a parlayzed look on their face. All rhetoric selling into emotions of the economy and no one asking the serious questions of the wanna be President.Used whoever and whatever to get this stage in his life. THAT SHAPES YOUR CHARACTER AND JUDGMENT..SO OBAMA SUPPORTERS BEGIN PRAYING THAT HE MAY GET THE WISDOM AND JUDGMENT FROM A CHURCH THAT DOES NOT HATE AMERCIA TO BECOME THE LEADER OF THIS COUNTRY. What we need in Washington is not more of The Same---Old Chicago-Style, backroom, HairPlug Biden-style, corrupt Washington Pork-Barrel Governance. What we don't need is O'Same-a. We need a FISCAL HAWK, a REFORMER, SOMEONE WHO CAN STAND UP TO POLITICAL PRESSURE. WE NEED A WARRIOR IN THE WHITE HOUSE. Now---would that be O'Same-a? No--it would be McCain and Palin. The answer is obvious. We need to rise above party and do what's right for America.

Obama---"I am not a crook!" We have heard that one before, folks. This guy stinks even before he gets into the White House. This guy Obama IS THE PROBLEM WITH WASHINGTON, AND HE JUST GOT THERE! Obama does not pass the smell test. He won't release his school records from his first college, he won't release his records from Columbia, he won't show his real birth certificate--- he is hiding---HIDING! And the curtain needs to come down on the little man behind the curtain. We need to see this "Emperor" and if he has any clothes. This guy is so fake it makes my head spin. His college roommate from either Occidental or Columbia (hard to find out which) was a guy named Sohale Siddiqi who did drugs but won't talk about Obama. What is he hiding? What were his grades? What was his citizenship???? Why all the secrecy? THIS GUY HAS NOT BEEN VETTED!!

Well in this time of economic worries Barrack Hussein Obama has proven character matters. He has legitimized Gov. Sarah Palin’s charges of Hussein’s past associations, now rolled out his own attack adds about John McCain and the Keating Five! Unfortunately for Obama he did not read the ending where John McCain and John Glenn were exonerated of any wrong doing only showing bad judgment with his associations. A lesson he learned well and Obama did not. The Keating Five will only prove once again that lobbyist can cause havoc if allowed to rule Congressman and Senators. Much like the lobbyist of Fannie Mae and Freddy Mac and guess who the big recipients of this lobbyist are. Chris Dodd and Barack Hussein Obama respectively. Well here we go again! If a case where Democrats were the bad guys and John McCain was proven innocent by the Democratic prosecutor, well I say get after it Hussein. The only reason John McCain was in the case is because the Democrats were afraid of how it would look if only Democrats were tried for being on the take. Go Sarah and don’t forget his many talks around the dinner table with the Palestinian Terrorist! One he said he hopes never ends. McCain/Palin08 Vote for real reform not just change. Change is what Venezuela got with Hugo Chaves.

Enough with this culture of corruption in Washington, of which apparently B.O. is more than ready to take part! I just saw a video the B.O. Campaign is putting out about the Keating Five, and man-oh-man does it try to bend into a pretzel trying to find a way to implicate McCain in it, and it nearly gets a Biden-Style Aneurysm in the process. All it does is include McCain's name over and over with Keating's. That's all, just saying "McCain" and "The Keating Scandal" over and over, but SAYING NOTHING. Why? There is nothing to say! McCain's problem? I guess he was lured into going into a room. When he found out what was going on, he left. McCain deserved a MEDAL for his behaviour. Unlike what we see here in this article. Obama is CORRUPT. He is a LIAR. He is DIRTY. He needs to drop out of the race. We need someone with the kind of principles it takes to walk out of a meeting that is improper, and that is NOT OBAMA. McCain-Palin---our only hope.

When will the hardball questions be asked of this empty suit? I guess the answer to that question lies in the liberal media who shelter him from the tough questions and / or critics. Hello - are you people stupid? ECONCOMIC PLAN 101: The ONLY ecomomic plan that has any credence right now is to freeze spending. That's my household's plan. I liked what McCain said in the last debate about going through each of the agencies and reviewing how they are spending money and cut the ones that are not value-added. That's my household's plan: I'm getting rid of house cleaning serivce, DVR, extra cable channels, manicures, pedicures, etc. etc. Isn't that what most RESPONSIBLE citizens of this country are having to do as the economy crunches us? We aren't thinking of new ways to spend money we are thinking of ways to cut expenses and to keep only those expenses which are crucial and required. Period. We ARE America! McCain has the common sense, responsible approach to the economy and he is the one to lead us through this fiasco going forward. Nobody knows what the future holds or what the solutions are and it boils down to strength of character and leadership. We are on a slippery slope towards Socialism folks and to put an extreme, radical left wing liberal in office along with left wing liberal Congress = disaster.

Obama's "CHANGE" will be more ACORN funding, more high risk loans, high credit card rates, money for projects that help donors. The rehab of the housing project was done to benefit donors who owed properties adjacent to the development. ----->>THIS IS A FORM OF INSIDER TRADING<<--
