GOP strategists: Attack Obama hard

I think that it is absurd that people give so much credibility to voter polls that consist of 1,000 "likely" voters and that have a margin of eror of + or - 3%. These polls are electing our President before we even have a chance to do so. If the candidates want to use these polls for themselves, fine, but they should not be shown to the real voters.

I agree with BufferZone. How do we know if the polls are in a predominately democratic, republican, or even a mixture demographic area.

The term 'going negative'. It is a completely 'wrong' slant on the so called attacks of us who support Senator McCain. We are talking about the highest office in our country which is actually a 'dual' office, and we 'must know' we have elected the 'best' candidate who represents all of the values and ideals which blood was spilled for into our precious soil. Was it 'negative' to attack in the Solomon Islands when we found where the enemy were, or in Normandy, and Inchon, Vietnam, Panama? All we Americans are doing, now that we know we have a candidate who does not represent the 'highest' ideals we demand is to make sure a man of these 'affiliations' are 'known' regardless of the 'analysis' that these points are 'negative'. WE are positive of our country's history and we need no one 'negative' on our liberty, or our love of the right to elect the best. Mr. Obama has more baggage than an NFL team on the road.

As usual, MG has nothing of substance to say. However, I agree that McCain is not a good choice for President; he is, however the only responsible choice we have left. Who really thinks the Community Organizer is ready for the top job? How much did he take from Fannie Mae? How close was he to Ayers, Wright, Rezko, and other traitors? How many bills have his name on them as sponsor? When has he actually negotiated in a bipartisan way? Why will he not reveal his past, like who sponsored his education, and what is on his actual birth certificate? You, sir, are the Magoo here. You blindly follow an unknown siren into the abyss. Anyone can talk; Google his record and see the substance (or lack thereof). If Obama wins, prepare for the Carter years remixed and amplified.

I wish I was able to express myself the way you have. I urge you to write more, and not necessarily here. That's the sort of message CNN, MSNBC and other mass news outlets need to carry - truth. But, as is said, truth often hurts, and Obama supporters who are so enamored with him, believe in him, and are devoting themselves to him, can only "suffer" pain by acknowledging truth, a truth that defines Obama for what he is and he in reality is not a god. If McCain's wife were to become First Lady, she would be the first felon after being charged with drug perscription fraud. John McCain said he would run a clean and positive campaign with no mud swinging until the writing of his defeat started to be printed in newspapers. I would like to hear YOUR opinion). Also McCain's current ads are not mud slinging. You see it as mud slinging because it makes "The One" look bad. These are not neg. ads, they are truthfull ads, and since the media will not expose Obama for the Marxist that he is, it is up to McCain. Neg. ads would be like saying Obama eats little children or his wife runs a brothel. Exposing the truth is not negative. It is allowing the American people to see the truth nobody that is Obama.
