PRUDEN: Smells from the shadows

Somebody needs to be asking the right questions and demanding that they be answered, not danced around.I am concerned that the " MEDIA" is either stupid or on the take. For the most part, they have done nothing to help make the American people aware of the true positions that OBAMA has taken ,or says he will take, if elected.I would love to be able to ask OBAMA, in person, up close and in person,just 3 questions. I would also demand that they be answered truthfully.which would very difficult for him to do.

There is no one who can tell a compelling life story about Obama! WHO WILL BE SLEEPING IN THE LINCOLN BEDROOM IN AN OBAMA WHITEHOUSE? This is a serious question that has captured my attention. The question is in reaction to what almost everyone sees – a media blatantly refusing to report on legitimate issues and distorting anything or anyone who stands in the way the Obama election efforts. How many reporters are looking for people who can tell Obama’s story? I’m not sure anyone can without damaging Senator Obama. Why is Obama dodging the issues brought up in relation to his past? He's trying to avoid and skirt around until the election but things are coming to a head now. He needs to confront these accusations or he's going to lose the election. People are gradually beginning to see him for what he really is.

My hope is that Obama is unmasked before the election instead of after it, and that the eyes of voters are opened before it is too late. I would like to see his connections with ACORN, Ayers, and Rezko investigated by the media. I would also like to see his online campaign donations explored, if possible. Are his donations coming from wealthy Americans or from the Middle East? Surely the poor and struggling Middle Class are not able to contribute financially. How are online donations monitored?

As right wing articles go, this was crafty. At least, minimum foaming in the mouth. I do however have a few questions for you and would appreciate the enlightenment, if you will: 1. Why is the McCain camp just waking up to these questions and attacks? They have been at it for months and the McCain folks didn't have a problem going head-to-head with this unknown. It smells of desperation and people are not buying it. 2. The project with the board on which Obama and Ayers served was funded by a conservative foundation- Annerberg. In addition, two other board members are card carrying Republicans (one was actually a diplomat for Pres. Reagan). So are these folks and agency also 'palling around with terrorists' And following this, should senator McCain return their donations and renounce his relationship with these folks who were also 'palling around with Ayers' and have never condemned him. 3. Why are the various McCain relationships with 'extreme' religious extremists (McCain's own assertion in 2000) such as Hagee and Fowell or financial criminals such as Keating not considered markings on his character or is it that once you join the military, all your shady relationships are excusable or is it that 'one of us' politicians don't have shady friends? 4. How much of the question, 'Who is the real Obama' is really about the hope that people will not want a 'different' guy- race, weird name etc.- to be president of this our US of A? I totally agree with Mr. Pruden on his article about Sen. Obama. Too much evident to believe that Sen. Obama has not told the true to the nation. I'd hope the Americans will think twice before casting their vote on Nov. 4th!

It will be too late to act when Obama is president, if he is elected, to uncover the truth of his nefarious connections and participations in the past. Impeachment and conviction of high crimes would not be possible for those prior acts. But their revelation would indeed destroy his presidency. Who could trust the words of a man who was the actor some suspect him of being?

Come on! Ayres, Wright, Rezko, Farrakahn's referring to Obama as the messiah. The MSM had better wake up and start getting to the bottom of this. The MSM with families should be very concerned with the danger this very scary far left liberal poses to America.

Oh, and I forgot to mention the Obama campaign's recent $800,000 contribution to ACORN and his past affiliations with this group.

This is the Cons version of reaching out to mend our broken country and fix our problems. To quote George Will, "Is this all there is?" Has our party been reduced to this vile pandering? Have we been reduced to appealing only to those who swallow this bile? What passes for modern conservatism disgusts me no end.

I must say, I really don't "get" all this stuff about Obama and Ayers. It seems like so much murky innuendo. I don't think Obama is a terrorist, and I don't think he is dishonest. Why don't we talk about the actual issues of the campaign?

Since we seem to enjoy this game of fallacious associations, I'll take a turn. The board to which you refer Obama serves with Ayers is headed by a former Reagan advisor. It is John McCain's judgement that Reagan was one of his heroes. Surely, an iconoclastic leader such as Reagan wouldn't pick such a disreputable cretan who would 'pal' around with the likes of Ayers? Oh, but facts persist. I suppose by this logic then, John McCain idolizes those who not only 'pal' around with terrorists, but promote their agendas by allowing them on these boards in the first place. I would discuss Palin's association with the Alaskan separatist party, but we all know how blatantly obvious and accessible that is. This strategy is backfiring on the McCain campaign. Please keep writing about it.

Have any of you seen the Time/CNN article entitled "Does Sarah Palin have a Pentecostal problem?" It is a great article that actually has a video with her and a "witch doctor" praying over her? Check it out....there is no denying it happened because you can actually watch it. It happend at her church in 2005...this shows exactly what "weird religious stuff" that she is into....and she has the nerve to try and bring up Rev. Wright.....maybe this association with her witch doctor actually is what gives her the audacity to spew the "violent rehetoric" at her campaign rallies and get people so "violent and upset"....what gives? Watch the video.

To be fair, we should be discussing John McCains past friendships and associations, should we not? Names like John Keating (convicted felon); Oliver North (convicted felon); John Hagee (Nazi's were performing God's work). Why aren't these discussed by you guys who worry so much about Obama? Oh yeah, right... because McCain only ever has perfect judgement, of course. He never made errors in the past (or in the case of North continues to make the same error and view him as a good person and friend). Obama's affiliations have been ripped apart and dragged through the media for most of the past year. Too bad we won't get the same level of information regarding McCain's affiliations, the media is too worried it might be perceived as "liberal" to do a thorough job on McCain's background.
