Excuse me if this has already been mentioned. Hopefully this article is meant as a joke. The author says,"Nope. Article One is about the legislative branch, and what a part of it says is this: 'The vice president of the United States shall be president of the Senate, but shall have no vote, unless they be equally divided.' " A 30 second google search turned up the text of the US Constitution. If you search through Article 1 (yes, Article 1 as last I checked the Senate is still part of the Legislative branch and not the Executive branch)to Section 3 and then to Clause 4 you find that exact wording. Am I missing something?
to kevinh52, you need to read the first paragrpah about this again. It states that BIDEN believes it to be in the executive branch. There is no mistake other than what Biden makes. I wonder why people really are so asstonished by these two democratic candidates. People need to learn how to look past the smooth talking candidates and realize what these two candidates really stand for...
