Bush sets high bar for service initiatives

Re: High school drop out rate. When I was in business and a good employee resigned, They were give an exit interview bt a person other than their supervisor. Many times the employee would recognize a fault of ours that we could correct. Maybe a committee of representatives from the community should have exit interviews with students that are quiting school. It is not only possible but probable that the true reasons they are quiting will be found in the schools programs or management.
