"But just the same, it's important to consider the lasting effects of the choice you're making before checking the ballot box next month." Another "choice" is not a choice, but a child. Nothing like the lasting effects of an abortion. On the mother. On the baby.

Obama's tax plan is one of the biggest frauds ever perpetrated on the American public. His "tax cuts" are baselined against the Clinton era brackets and ignore the President Bush tax cuts. The result will a huge tax increase for millions of middle class taxpayers. The one hundred million taxpayers that he claims are being ignored pay no income taxes now, only the payroll (Social Security) tax. He intends to give them a break even on this tax through a massive income redistribution scheme which is nothing more than welfare. These are facts and I am incredulous they are not being publicised. Americans better wake up to this before it is too late.

Thank you Mr Armstrong for some realistic views on the issues at hand. I am a nurse and have been for 28 years. In ICU and ER trauma, deregulation and limiting JACHO would be a great start as would limiting(applying a ceiling) on lawsuits. Lawsuits only allow money to change hands and in return increases costs. The health professionals out there on the whole try their best but are human and mistakes are made. We don't get up in the morning and say "Gee who can I maim or kill today". Although I do find that protecting the Dr that have a HISTORY of poor care or mistakes are where we need to focus and require them to courses or remove their licenses. Nurses also need to have continuiing education and if not on par of their professional expertise need classes evaluation to cont practice. Universal Health care IS NOT the answer. I grew up with Indian reservation health care and believe me the American people do not want it. But it is free and government health care. Obama would be a big mistake for this country and what it stands for. I don't want a Commander in Chief that can't even remember to place his hand over his heart when the National Anthem is played or Pledge of Allegience is said. That has to Ho and Hum when a 7 year old asks him what is great about this country. He's here and free and rich and able to speak as he pleases without threat of imprisonment. To list only a few. He wants a more socialistic country, friendlier with our terrorist antagonists, handouts for the poor instead of handups and jobs. More taxes on the rich is not the answer, deregulate, cut taxes, level the playing field with China and other country imports so our business can truly compete. Hold other countries to our standards in work place benefits and environment. Then we are on the right track.

analytical framework? Are you kidding? Because McCain is loosing we dont have the analytical framework? You sound like Bill O and all the other right wing media. Maybe the last 2 elections we didnt as a whole have the framework but we bought it with 8 years of you know what. You know whay they say, the best lesson is a bought lesson. Lets just see how the next 4 years go. One party in office all the time is not a good thing by any rational persons standards.
